How to Copy using the on Campus Canon Printers

Once you have logged into the printer by either using your Catawba Credentials or scanning your ID Card, Select the Copy option on the screen. 

 

 

Then place your original document on the feeder on top of the printer. Make sure it is set in correctly. A green indicator light will turn on once it has been properly set. 

 

 

You can then change the settings for the copy to your liking. The following article by Canon goes into detail about 2 Sided-Copying

 

Then when your settings have been chosen, click the green start button on screen. The Copier will begin to scan your document. 

 

You can change the amount of copies you need by using the num pad on the right of the screen. If you need to clear the number you entered, press the C button on the num pad. You may be prompted to press start again after changing the number of copies needed, otherwise it should begin printing once the document has been scanned.
