Visit https://onedrive.live.com/login/ and log in using your Catawba credentials
Click the Gear settings icon, 
, in the top right of the window.
Click OneDrive settings,
Click More Settings in the top left of the window,
Click Site collection administrators,
Click Permissions,
From here you can access and modify different OneDrive Permissions,
