This article will explain how to clear the print queue for the Catawba-Print printer on the Windows laptops.

Go to Settings and select Bluetooth & devices

Click on the Printers & Scanners option.

Click on the Catawba-Print printer.

Click Open Print Queue

The Print Queue will open in a separate window. Click on the three dots in the corner and press Cancel All

Once you have cancelled all your print jobs, try to print again and you should no longer recieve the print error as long as you're signed into the uniFLOW Print Client.
