Please confirm the speaker icon within the Airtame application is not muted.

 

If it us un-muted and you are still not hearing any audio please check the following.

 

-Ensure your overall laptop volume is up and not muted. 

-Check the specific application being used as your source of audio, to ensure it is not muted.

 

If the above steps have been completed and you hear audio through your laptop speakers, and not the in room audio, you will need to change your audio output option.

 

For Windows PC's please refer to the steps below.  Please follow the below steps to select the different output devices.

  1. Left Click on the sound icon in the taskbar.
  2. Above the volume bar, there should be an audio device listed. 
  3. Clicking on the drop-down list should show all the available audio devices that can be selected.
  4. Select the preferred device by left-clicking on it.

After selecting the new device make sure the volume is set to the desired volume. 

 

For a Mac please refer to the steps below.  Please follow the below steps to select the different output devices.

 

 

  1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu 

     > System Settings, then click Sound  in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
  2. Click Output on the right, then select the device you want to use in the list of sound output devices.

    All sound output devices available to your Mac are listed, including the computer’s internal speakers, devices plugged into your computer’s sound port (Audio port icon), USB speakers, and AirPlay devices.

    For any device plugged into the computer’s sound port, choose Headphones.
