Most likely, the person who was broadcasting in that room before you did not stop his/her Airtame session, and is still sharing his/her screen. Our suggestion is that you power down the projector, wait about 10 seconds or so, then power the projector back up and try connecting to Airtame again.

 

If you still can’t connect in the room after following those steps, submit a support ticket.
