First, make sure that you have logged into your VPN (even if on campus). Confirm that you are using your Catawba username (everything before @catawba.edu in your email address) and password. 

If login issues still persists, contact IT by sending an email to [email protected] or by submitted a ticket through https://it.catawba.edu/new/.
