MyCatawba is not showing the username and password input fields.
Example on Chrome:
This is likely due to an HTML language translation error. This issue could happen in any browser with multilingual capabilities. Use the below methods to change your browser language to English, which will allow the login credential capture fields to be seen.
Change language on Chrome:
First, navigate to the top right of the Chrome browser window, click on the 3 dots, and then click on settings.
Next, click on "Languages" in the tab on the left/right side of the screen, then click on "Add languages".
Finally, click the 3 dots next to "English", and select "Display Google Chrome in this language". Finally, select "Relaunch".
Change language on Edge:
First, navigate to the top right of your Edge browser, click the 3 dots, and click "Settings".
Next, click on "Languages" on the tab on the left/right side of the screen, and click on "Add languages". You can select English here if you do not already have it added.
Finally, click on the 3 dots next to English, and select "Display Microsoft Edge in this language". You will then see a blue "Restart" button that you can click on to restart the browser.
Change language on Safari:
