This document is designed to help walk you through the process of approving a leave report or time sheet using Self Service Banner via my.catawba.edu.
- Browse to the mycatawba website at: my.catawba.edu
- From the left side blue panel, choose "Time Sheets" under the Employee menu.

Click Approve or Acknowledge Time

Click Select

Click the appropriate Pay Period for the time sheets or leave reports that need your approval

Click Select

Submitted leave reports or time sheets to approve for the chosen pay period will populate in a list

Click the employee's name to review the time sheet or leave report

Verify the hours entered are correct. If they are, click Approve. If the hours are not correct, click Return for Correction to allow the employee to make changes.

If you see errors and click Return for Correction, your employee will need to correct the errors, and then resubmit leave or time hours for your approval.

If there are no errors, click Approve. Your employee(s) will be listed in the Completed (Approved) category.
