How do I change my password?

  • Log into Catlink and go to the “my account” tab.
  • In the “User Information” section, you will see an option to “Change Password”
  • Once you select that option you will be prompted to enter your current credentials, then you will be taken to a page where you can input your new password
  • After you input your new password and hit the “Change Password” button please scroll to the top of the page for confirmation on a successful change, or details as to why your new password was not accepted.
  • Following a successful change, please wait 5 minutes before attempting to log back into any Catawba services.
