How to Connect to Network DEPT Drive when working remotely

1. Connect to the GlobalProtect VPN

2. Open file explorer and navigate to "This PC"

3. Click on the ellipsis and select "Map Network Drive"

4. The connection wizard will appear. Enter "\\fs1.catawba.edu\DEPT" into the "Folder" text box and check the box for "Connect using different credentials" then click "Finish".

5. After clicking "Finish" a Windows Security dialog box will appear prompting you for your credentials. You will use your Catawba username preceded by "CC\" and your Catawba password as shown in the screenshot below.

Once logged in you will find the DEPT drive under "This PC" until you restart or log off of your computer.
