A user may experience a timeout error when accessing Banner Self-Service (student schedules, financial aid, timesheets, leave reports, etc.).
Here are the steps to resolve the error:
- Clear the browser cache (history) before logging into my.catawba.edu
- Clearing the cache for ‘all time’ or the maximum number of days is recommended.
- Log into my.catawba.edu
- Click the menu link from the left navigation panel that you would like to access.
- If you see the timeout error message below, click OK.
- If you see this message, close the tab.
- Click the menu link from the left navigation panel again.
- Sign in with your Catawba username and password.
