In Chrome, Here is how to clear your browser cache for a specific website

1. Click the Site Information icon ,, to the left of the URL you are trying to load.

2. Click the Cookies and site data menu item

3. Click the Manage on-device site data menu option

4. Click each trash can icon listed.  When no sites remain, click the Done button.

5. Click the Reload button or manually reload the page
