MyCatawba Portal - Clearing the Cache

 

From time to time when accessing Self Service Banner (SSB) to review timesheets, grades, etc., you may experience a session time out error that requires you to clear your cache.

 

Managing and clearing your cache and cookies depends on the device and browser you use.

 

To clear your browser cache and cookies in Microsoft Edge:

  • Close any open ssb-prod.ec.catawba.edu tabs in the browser
  • Click the three dots in the top right corner of the browser window
  • Click History

  • Click the Trash Can Icon

 

  • Select the range of browsing data to clear

  • Click Clear Now

 

 

To clear your browser cache and cookies in Google:

  • Close any open ssb-prod.ec.catawba.edu tabs in the browser
  • Click the three dots in the top right corner of the browser window
  • Click Clear browsing data

  • Select the range of browsing data to clear

  • Click Clear data

 

To clear your browser cache and cookies in SAFARI:

  • Open Safari.
  • Click on Safari
  • Click Settings in the menu.
  • Click the Privacy Tab
  • Click Manage Website Data
  • Click Remove All
